Welcome to Edinburgh University's ChocSoc
Chocolate, if you love the stuff, join up now! Founded in 2002, ChocSoc is a student society with a kick. If you have never been high on chocolate, now is the time to make a change. Visit Cadbury World, try choc from Russia and Korea, gamble on chocolate poker, watch the best chocolate-based movies, learn about Fairtrade, and test the aphrodisiac properties of the dark delight. Whatever your tastes may be, ChocSoc won't leave you wanting. Join ChocSoc.
Chocolate Policy
At ChocSoc we take an open-minded approach to chocolate, and provide our members with the opportunity to taste a wide range of delicacies. As well as the familiar trio of Cadbury, Mars and Nestlé, we also enjoy the higher cocoa-content chocolates, such as Lindt, Côte d'Or, Divine and Léonidas. Our international chocolate tasting nights are always a great success. In the past we have tested chocolate from China, Korea, Colombia, USA, Canada, Russia and Romania, as well as the Western European nations.
